SHIPPING POLICY

We're committed to ensuring your order reaches you in a timely and secure manner. Please take a moment to review our shipping and delivery policy:

  1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders placed before 1:00 p.m. are typically processed within the same day.

  1. SHIPPING METHODS

We offer a range of shipping options to cater to your preferences, including standard and expedited shipping.

You can select your preferred shipping method during the checkout process.

  1. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated based on factors like order weight, dimensions, destination, and chosen shipping method.

The applicable shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

Free delivery on all orders above QAR200 within city limits. For orders outside the city limits, an additional QAR100 or QAR50, depending on the location, will be charged.

  1. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and your location.

All orders (Meat, Wood and Charcoal) placed before 1:00 p.m. will be delivered on the same day.

Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. will be delivered the next working day.

BBQs and outdoor furniture that are in stock will be delivered the following working day.  For items not in stock and available for order, please allow a lead time of 2-3 weeks.

  1. DELIVERY AREA

We currently offer shipping within Qatar only.

  1. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Our courier partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your package.

The delivery will be sent to the address provided during the order placement. Upon delivery, our courier partners may require the consignee to verify their identity by presenting an original labour card, passport, driver's license, or National ID for verification purposes.

If contact cannot be established with the customer for order delivery, the order will be returned to the kitchen. We will make every effort to schedule a re-delivery on the next working day.

If a special condition or entry permit is necessary for the delivery personnel to access the specified address, it is the customer's responsibility to provide all reasonable assistance to ensure the successful delivery of the products. Failure to do so may result in a refund, subject to confirmation from Gastronomic.

  1. MISSING OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

In the rare event of a missing or damaged shipment, please contact the Gastronomic team within 24 hours from delivery.

We will work diligently to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

  1. RETURNS DUE TO SHIPPING ISSUES

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.
